社区机构招聘: Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Answering enquiries and recording clients, data entry and filing
  
• Provides administrative support to the agency programs and staff update, upgrade the existing OICS’s website.
  
• Create programs and services flyers, update all promotional materials and post on the website.
  
• Assists with special projects – may include editing and creation of printed material
  

Qualifications:

• Some experience in customer service, fundraising or in a related field.
  
• High school completion certificate. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
  
• Excellent communications, public relation skills
  
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows XP and Excel
  
• Self-motivated, ability to work accurately, with strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines while under pressure.
  
• Website designing, Internet research abilities
  
• Strong work ethic and commitment to get the job done
